Delatite Regional Produce, Plate to Paddock & back to plate loop

Chef Marcus Van Clute has cheffed the local Delatite region for <X> years and enjoys community relationships with numerous hospitality and food producers in the region. Exemplary of this is a special “Food Loop” relationship the Mill Inn fosters, where waste from the kitchen goes to particular free-range food producers, as feed and then end-results of premium free-range organic meat is selected to be loving cooked and served.
